City of Scottsdale, San Francisco Giants spring training baseball stadium renovations
Description of the project
The project was comprised of revisions to the existing baseball facility located at Osborn Road and Drinkwater Blvd. The project consisted of demolition of approximately five existing structures at 75th Street between 2nd Ave. and Osborn Road; constructing two new parking garages with approximately 600 to 800 spaces; a new 40,000 square foot Clubhouse; a new Maintenance Facility; addition of a sky box structure with elevated walkway to existing parking garage; new practice fields; a new batting cage and other ball field amenities; buffer walls; replacement of two existing aluminum bleachers and various other site improvements. The project comprised various revisions to the Scottsdale Stadium site and cost estimating to locate the facility at the Eldorado Park site.
