Description of the project
Abacus provided a review and validation of the CM@R cost estimate (SD Phase) for this new spring training complex for the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago White Sox. The new facility is situated on a site of 151 acres and includes: main stadium with approximately 12,000 seats, two major league replica stadiums with seating for 300 each, two additional major league practice fields with seating for 100 each, eight minor league practice fields and major and minor league clubhouse facilities. All associated site, landscaping, infrastructure, practice and concession support the facilities.
