Description of the project
Abacus provided project management services overseeing the design and construction of this 8,000 square foot remodel in Beverly Hills, California. The project consisted of a complete remodel of the interior and exterior. The scope of work included: budget and cost estimating during the design phase, contractor bid negotiations and construction management activities. The project also included dealing with governing agency approvals during the design phase along with cost estimating and value engineering services.
