Description of the project
Abacus was engaged to provide on call consulting services to Richmond American Homes for dozens of new subdivisions throughout the state of Arizona. The service includes a review of all relevant project data and drawings, preparation of a detailed cost estimate report, and/or preparation of a peer review report. Abacus developed cost estimates based on preliminary plat drawings and other drawings at various design stages.
