Mosaic Condominium Tower
Description of the project
The KML Mosaic Condominium Tower is a high-rise mixed-use development that was supposed to be located in downtown Tempe, Arizona. The project is comprised of a multi-level on-site parking structure (757 spaces), street level retail, grocery store, and a residential tower with 236 units. The total facility will consist of approximately 729,000 square feet and 23 stories. The goal of this development is to provide urban scale for-sale housing and amenities to transform a primarily vehicular/commercial oriented intersection at the edge of downtown into a vibrant pedestrian friendly environment. Abacus provided overall agency project management services on behalf of the developer. Abacus also provided detailed cost estimates to the architect at each phase of design. Construction had commenced, but due to economic conditions, project was cancelled.
