Description of the project
Abacus provided construction management services for this project consisting of three 4-story wood frame structures with a total of 86-town homes over a one level subterranean garage founded on a mat slab with a methane gas barrier. Unit’s sizes vary from approximately 1,650 to 2,800 square feet which is approximately 176,917 square feet of living space with subterranean parking of approximately 86,760 square feet. Playa Vista Serenade is part of The Village that consists of a neighborhood retail center, public parks and 2,600 new residential units.
