Description of the project
Abacus provided full construction management services (pre-design through occupancy) for a new residence center. This project is comprised of 300 beds, a food court style food service building, full conference level with overnight VIP suites and catering kitchen, rock climbing wall and other amenities, built over a 144-stall podium deck parking garage.
