This 550 room luxury hotel is located in the heart of downtown San Francisco. The structure consists of a total of 590,000 square feet and was constructed on an overall site of 0.868 acres. Hotel facilities include a restaurant with private dining space, lobby bar area, lobby lounge and concierge areas, junior ballrooms, boardrooms and meeting rooms. Abacus provided project management services including comprehensive pre-construction review and monthly progress reports.
