Description of the project
Abacus was engaged by the project developer to provide overall construction management services on this 25 million time-share development, located in Peoria, Arizona. Cibola Vista was the first resort added to the West Valley since the opening of Wigwam Resort in 1929. Phase I of the project consisted of 40 time-share units, pool, covered parking and a riding center. Phase two included with 80 additional time-share units, health spa, main restaurant and a 100 room hotel.
