Description of the project
Abacus provided project management services for the new Chandler city hall which is located in Chandler’s downtown core. The facility provides a five-story office building, a new Council Chambers, one-story buildings and a 400-car multi-level parking garage. The project was designed to a LEED Gold standard and the site is master-planned to accommodate a proposed new 25,000 square foot museum. Departments and personnel that recently relocated to the new facilities include; mayor & council, council chambers, city manager, neighborhood resources, city clerk, city attorney, CAPA Video Production, economic development, human resources, management services, downtown real estate.
