Description of the project
Abacus managed the design and construction of approximately 30,000 square feet of tenant improvements for New York Life Insurance at the Scottsdale Galleria. This former shopping mall was converted into a state-of-the art class A office/technology complex featuring a 164,718 square foot telecom/hotel, along with 129,671 square foot retail space. The center is ideal for national and local technology firms, as well as national and local office users. The project represented a major triumph for the city of Scottsdale, as the building had been vacant for approximately 10 years.
