Description of the project
Abacus provided project management services to the Intel SMS Team 3 and site services staff for the fit-up, modifications, retrofit and site improvements to four newly-completed buildings at the new Intel Ocotillo Fab 12 complex, including a general purpose building, technical support building, warehouse and a cafeteria. Abacus provided project management support services to Intel during the phased remodel of the 85,000 square foot C3 building. The project encompassed coordinating the transition of approximately 1,500 employees without disrupting operations
