Description of the project
Abacus provided monthly construction monitoring and oversight for a two-story, 12,000 square foot bank branch in Phoenix and a single-story, 6,026 square foot branch in Peoria. Our services included review of plans and specs, site visits, review of progress compared to draw requests, observation reports and progress photos, FF&E delivery and installation coordination.
