This project consists of mass grading and construction of a 155-acre championship golf course on a 306-acre site with streets, utilities and pads for 387 single-family residential lots.  The scope of work includes irrigation systems, lakes, pumps and a sewer lift station.  A clubhouse with a pool is also included.
