Yuma Palms Regional Center is the development of four main shopping districts including a village, power center, regional center and a restaurant row.  This retail center expresses visual appeal with its distinctive architectural features including decorative metal shade structures and trellises, pedestrian scale fabric canopies, columns and metal louvers.  A pleasant outdoor desert atmosphere is provided with the center’s open-air design, misting systems, lush landscape and unique cooling towers.  Two 35-foot-tall cooling structures are situated in the village district to provide a steady flow of cool air and are concealed by artistic expressions of Yuma history.
