Abacus provided project/construction management services to add a Bed, Bath & Beyond, 24-Hour Fitness, Starbuck’s, two parking structures, infrastructure, traffic lights and several additional retail tenant improvement to this operational retail center.  The first parking structure was built with the first level below grade and the second level on grade which provided 135 spaces within 24,731 SF.  The 2nd structure included a level on grade with the second level above grade.  It consisted of 33,263 SF and 177 stalls.  Construction Value: $10.0 million
