The Bella Terra project is an open-air retail entertainment center.  This Tuscan village themed retail center features an outdoor amphitheater, water fountains, retail shops, a 20-screen movie theater, restaurants and outdoor dining.  The project includes approximately 778,000 SF of leasable area on a 43.5 acre site located in Huntington Beach, California.  The new center includes the rehabilitation of the existing Huntington Beach Mall structures and the construction of new attached and freestanding structures.
