This project consists of the conversion of a 15-story office building to residential condominiums with first floor retail space.  The completed project will provide one-bedroom/one-bathroom and two-bedroom/two-bathroom condominium dwelling units totaling 150 throughout 15 floors, with swimming pool, spa, and barbecue.  A new glazed curtain wall system is proposed throughout the tower, together with a pedestrian bridge linking the second level with the adjacent parking structure.
