This project is a Master Planned community located in Arizona and known as a “golfer’s paradise.” Phases I and II of this project will include roadwork, a fire station, the Jomax Water Reclamation Facility, reservoir sites, well sites, sales centers,  utilities, park trails, lakes, and entry features. The community will also feature: community center, country club golf courses, and associated clubhouses.  The developer will provide the "super pads" and homebuilders are to be responsible for onsite (pad) improvements.  Construction Value: $250 million
