ABACUS provided consulting services for this luxury destination resort. The hotel consists of guestrooms with lake and mountain views, a 60,000 SF casino, 25,000 SF spa, retail village, water taxis, lounge, three restaurants and luxury condominiums, and a five level parking structure.  Construction Value: $114 million
