ABACUS selected by Yuma County to provide program management services for their capital improvement program. Services included project management for a new 41,700 square foot Jail Annex with 83 cells; 3 of which were tuberculosis cells. Also included was an Administrative Area as well as a below-grade evidence storage area.

The electronic security system was tied to the main jail master control system. There was also a connecting tunnel from the Justice Center / Main Jail over to the new jail annex. The project was delivered on schedule and under budget. Construction Value $11.8 million
