TERMINAL 4 PARKING STRUCTURE EXPANSION
Construction Manager on this 3,500-car expansion to the existing Terminal 4 parking structure. Included a 2-level expansion to the existing structure, north and south 6-level additions spanning the existing roadway while all terminal operations remained active. Construction Value: $92 million.

TERMINAL 4 RETAIL RENOVATION PROGRAM
Construction Manager during the extensive renovation of this terminal which expanded the existing retail and food establishments from 44 to 55, and increased the retail shops from 16 to 43. Finished 10 months ahead of schedule and $1 million under budget. Construction Value: $25 million.

CONSOLIDATED RENTAL CAR CENTER
Overall Program Manager on this $280 million program which houses 13 different rental car agencies that serve the airport. The facility consists of a new 125,000 SF Customer Service Building which is situated on top of a 5,600-car parking structure and related civil improvements on the 141-acre site. Construction Value: $230 million.

EAST ECONOMY PARKING garages – PHASE I AND II
Construction Manager on an 8-level, 2,350-space parking garage (Phase I) and an 8-level 3,200-space garage (Phase II). Construction costs were $22.5 million and $40 million respectively.
