This project encompassed a 25,600 SF expansion to the existing Ina Gittings facility. The expansion provides additional laboratory space, performance space including a 400-450 seat theatre/concert hall and support spaces designed specifically for the School of Music and Dance.  Construction Value: $4.5 million
