Abacus Project Management, Inc. was founded in 1990 as a professional management company to provide a comprehensive range of services within the project/construction management profession to meet the needs of owners and real estate developers nationwide and to successfully accomplish their project goals.
We have in-depth experience managing all types of projects within the private and public sectors. Various projects include libraries, theaters, civic centers, athletic complexes, industrial, manufacturing, medical, educational facilities, infrastructure, multi-family residential, office buildings (low-, mid- and high-rise) and commercial developments.
Our mission is to foster long-term relationships with clients by providing professional project and construction management consulting services. To that end, we will deliver projects for owners and lenders nationwide that exceed industry standards in terms of cost, quality and time.
In 2010 Abacus became an affiliate of Teyma, a company founded in 1980 and which is a subsidiary of Abengoa. Teyma is the engineering and industrial construction company of Abengoa (www.abengoa.com).
