ABACUS provided management services of the repair and restoration of this severely damaged structure. The city ordered the 12-story concrete building vacated until all necessary repairs were complete. Damage to the building and adjacent parking facilities included major cracking to shear walls; failure to structural elements; shifting of the fire wall and demising partition; and doorways and door jambs twisting and requiring replacement. Repair procedures included the use of epoxy injections, as well as removal of asbestos containing materials. Construction Value: $7 million
